Firearms-

Orders for rifles, shotguns, handguns and frames/receivers require an FFL for shipment. You can read in detail about our On-Line Firearm Sales Policy here. All firearms, including frames/receivers are shipped by either UPS or FedEx (Our shipper of choice), Insured, Adult Signature Required.

For In person sales Nebraska residents will be required to complete a Form 4473 and possess either a Nebraska Purchase Permit or a Nebraska Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) if purchasing a handgun or pass an FBI NICS check for an in-shop purchase. We charge $30.00 for an FFL Transfer for customers with a Nebraska Firearm Purchase Permit or CHP. Otherwise, its $45 for an FBI NICS check unless the buyer is under 21.

No in-shop sales to out of state residents.

Complete firearms have Federal Excise Tax (FET) included.

Privacy–

Tank’s Rifle Shop LLC holds all customer information in the strictest confidence. No customer information of any kind is ever shared with third parties for any means, except as required by law. You can review our Privacy Policy here.

Purchase Agreement-

Shop Policies-

It is highly recommended that all parts be installed by a competent gunsmith or other person familiar with the specific firearm modified. No liability is expressed or implied for damage or injury which might result from improper installation or use of any firearm, part or accessory.

It is recommended that only quality factory ammunition which meets SAAMI specifications be used in any firearm. While handloading may increase accuracy potential, Tank’s Rifle Shop LLC specifically disclaims any responsibility or warranty for damage which may result from using other than quality factory ammunition.

Due to Tank’s Rifle Shop LLC and many of our suppliers continued R&D programs we reserve the right to change specifications or change/cancel product offerings at any time without prior notice.

It is agreed by and between Buyer and Seller that all disputes, if any, and all matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with, or incident to any business transaction shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a Court located in the City of Fremont, County of Dodge, State of Nebraska, United States of America to the exclusions of the Courts of any other State.
