Ordering Online with Tank’s Rifle Shop LLC is safe and secure! All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store any credit card information on this website. Please note that all orders through our Online Store are processed using Authorize.net. To avoid problems when completing online orders ensure that all information is correct for the credit card being used.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Orders are shipped prepaid only, no C.O.D. or open account accepted. If payment is by check, please remember it has to clear our bank before we will ship your order out. Sales Tax will be charged where applicable.

On-line orders ship within 2-3 days of our receiving Credit Card approval confirmation.

Please note that to reduce fraud and increase security on our end we only ship to the address of record associated with the Credit Card used. To avoid any issues, you should ensure the ship to address is associated with your Credit Card. This is the number one reason a Credit Card is declined in our store.

We primarily ship by USPS, FedEx for larger items. As long as you have provided us with a valid email address, each order will receive tracking information to follow its progress and estimated delivery.

Tank’s Rifle Shop LLC only sells to US Citizens within the United States. We do not offer any export service. All items sold are with the understanding that the final end user is in the USA. Any order we determine that does not meet the above requirement will be cancelled except with proper export documentation.

While Tank’s Rifle Shop LLC tries to stay abreast of State laws it is almost impossible due to the enormity of it all, there are literally thousands, and they are changing constantly. Therefore, it is the ultimate responsibility of the customer to ensure that items ordered are legal to own in their locale. Tank’s Rifle Shop LLC adheres to all Federal and State laws and will not knowingly ship restricted items to any customer and retains the right to refuse to process any order it feels violates that policy.

Return/Refund-Merchandise may be returned, if unaltered and in the original packaging. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. This can be obtained by either phone or email. A return without an authorization will be charged a 35% restock fee. Merchandise must be shipped within 5 days of a Return Authorization being issued. Returns will be charged a 20% restock fee. No returns accepted after 15 days of purchase. Refunds are for product purchase price only; shipping is non-refundable unless we are in error. Special order and Close Out marked items are non-refundable, non-returnable. Please allow 5-7 business days from of our receipt of the return to issue a refund back to the original payment method.

Backorders-We try to avoid backorders, but increased demand can leave us unable to fill orders promptly. For Online orders, if an item is shown “In Stock” but is “Out of Stock” when your order is processed your credit card will be refunded immediately unless we can ship the order in 5 business days.  For phone orders with customer agreement, we will hold backorders for no more than 10 days if an item is out of stock. If we are unable to fill your order you will be notified.

Pricing-Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Only those prices confirmed by written quote are guaranteed. Quotes if provided in writing are good for 15 days only. To lock in pricing the quote must be secured by deposit for the total cost of parts within those 15 days to guarantee parts and labor pricing until work is started.
